Known as the Chiropractor’s Chiropractor, Dr. Pratt built one of the busiest and most respected chiropractic offices in the Northeast, earning over 5,000 five-star reviews from tens of thousands of grateful patients. With a career spanning nearly four decades and over 30,000 patient visits annually, his clinics have consistently ranked in the top one percent of businesses in New Hampshire.

Now retired from adjusting patients, Dr. Pratt continues his lifelong mission of helping people heal by focusing on regenerative medicine. In 2018, he founded the New Hampshire Regenerative Center to offer advanced, non-surgical, and non-pharmaceutical solutions for spine, joint, and muscle pain. As the creator of the B.E.S.T Practice Protocol, he has helped hundreds of patients overcome pain and disability without drugs or surgery.

Dr. Pratt's integrated clinic in Manchester provides cutting-edge regenerative therapies, chiropractic care, and exercise rehabilitation under one roof—treating patients of all ages with injuries and chronic pain. His goal remains clear: to help people live pain-free, regain mobility and strength, and avoid risky surgeries or harmful medications. He personally utilizes regenerative treatments to maintain his active lifestyle and believes everyone deserves the same access to long-term wellness.

Trained as a chiropractor with a special interest in sports injuries, Dr. Pratt is sought after by both professional athletes and weekend warriors. He is a past president of the New Hampshire Chiropractic Association, a member of the American College of Regenerative Medicine, and a respected educator in injury prevention, regenerative therapy, and longevity.

An avid skier, hiker, mountain biker, and tennis player, Dr. Pratt continues to embody the active, healthy lifestyle he inspires in his patients.

Lisa has been in the medical field since 1997 and in the nursing profession for over 18 years with a strong background in Adult Critical Care.

She is a master’s prepared Family Nurse Practitioner and is a magna cum laude honors graduate who is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) in the state of New Hampshire.

Lisa has participated in advanced training for Regenerative Medicine injections and attends ongoing trainings to ensure that she provides the most innovative treatments for her patients.

In addition to her clinical practice, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family, outdoor adventures and traveling.

Taylor has worked with a vast array of populations, disorders, and injuries such as Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Lyme Disease, Rheumatoid Arthritis, PTSD, Traumatic Brain Injuries, Post-Operative, car accidents, TMJ, sports injuries, the elderly, and many other chronic and acute conditions. Taylor’s hands-on approach enhances the patient’s range-of-motion, flexibility, and provides pain relief. His experience as an athlete, personal trainer, massage therapist, and functional and rehab exercise therapist has helped hundreds in the New Hampshire and Massachusetts area.

Taylor is trained in a multi-faceted approach to massage such as Swedish, sports massage, deep tissue, pre/post-natal, GM, lymphatic, chair, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and trigger point. He also specializes in Functional Development Massage, which has shown to connect the relationship between both the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system thus strengthening the efficiency of each system through specific treatment stimuli. The importance of strengthening the direct link between the two nervous systems enhances the ability of vital functions that our body performs each and every day.

Taylor enjoys spending time with family and friends and likes skiing, golf, downhill mountain biking, music, and fishing.

Kayla started at NH Regenerative Center in 2020 as our marketing coordinator. She quickly became involved in the day-to-day operations of the clinic & has since been promoted to the NHRC office manager.

Kayla has over 10 years’ experience in the healthcare field. She received her Certified Nursing Assistant license through the American Red Cross. As a CNA working at a rehab center, she was exposed to the downsides of surgery & pain medications. She is now proud to be a part of a great team that is able to offer drug free/non-surgical solutions to chronic pain.

Kayla goes above & beyond to help care for all our patients. Her “can do” attitude makes her a great asset to the NHRC team. Kayla enjoys going ATV riding in the beautiful NH mountains & trails. In her free time, she has quite a green thumb for house plants & loves spending time with her family, friends & dog Chalupa.

Courtney is our StemWave and Laser Technician here at New Hampshire Regenerative Center, bringing compassionate care and a vibrant personality to every patient interaction. A certified Nursing Assistant since 2019, Courtney assists with Class 4 Medical Laser Therapy and StemWave treatments, and works closely with Lisa, our nurse practitioner during regenerative treatments.

With a strong interest in holistic and regenerative medicine, Courtney is passionate about helping patients feel their best through natural, science-backed therapies. Known for her attentiveness, empathy, and upbeat demeanor, she helps create a supportive and welcoming environment for healing.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys nature walks, beach days with her kids, and spending quality time with family.
